Due to the substitution of hydrogen atoms on the polyethylene chain by gas atoms, the crystallinity of HDPE is disrupted, making it soft and elastic. At the same time, the presence of chlorine atoms increases its compatibility with PVC
Chlorinated polyethylene products have non double bond molecular chains and excellent weather and ozone aging resistance; Excellent flame retardancy, oil resistance, and chemical resistance; It also has excellent low temperature resistance and electrical performance.
Due to its good processing fluidity and compatibility with other rubbers, it has a wide range of applications and can be used alone or in combination. It can be produced using ordinary rubber and plastic processing machinery.

According to different product grades and performance, it is mainly used as an impact modifier for PVC and rubber products such as chlorinated polyethylene rubber.
CPE135A has excellent impact resistance, which can increase the toughness and impact strength of PVC. It can be widely used in hard products such as PVC profiles, pipes and fittings, plates, sheets, etc.
CPE135AL has high elongation and low Mooney characteristics, suitable for corrugated pipes, corrugated boards, threading pipes, etc. CM130A uses magnetic rubber such as refrigerator sealing magnetic strips, magnetic rubber plates, etc. CM135B has excellent tensile strength and is used as a sheath and rubber hose material for ordinary wires and cables. CM135BL has excellent elasticity and elongation at break, making it suitable for use with other rubbers. CM140B is used for flame-retardant wire and cable sheaths and oil resistant rubber sealing products.
