Our product, HDPE-based chlorinated polyethylene, boasts remarkable weather resistance, flame-retardant properties, and versatile applications owing to its absence of molecular double bonds. Primarily, it serves as an exceptional PVC impact modifier, enhancing the performance of PVC materials across various uses.
Product Performance:

This product is a white, non-toxic powder. By substituting hydrogen atoms with chlorine atoms, the crystallization of HDPE is disrupted, granting the material a soft, rubber-like quality. The chlorine atoms confer CPE with polar characteristics, sharing polar groups with PVC, thereby enhancing PVC compatibility. Additionally, CPE can be blended with PE, PS, and rubber, elevating their physical properties and extending their application potential.
